  • 100% Authenticity Guarantee: Every item we sell is verified authentic and backed by a financial guarantee.

 

  • Digital Microscopic Records: Before dispatch, each item’s unique Entrupy® digital fingerprint, serial/date codes, hardware stamps, stitching patterns, and exact physical condition are logged in our secure system. 

 

  • Fraud Prevention & Verification: To protect both you and SassySacs against counterfeit substitution or return fraud, returned items are re-scanned with Entrupy® and matched against our pre-shipment digital record upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued once the returned piece is confirmed as the exact item originally dispatched in its original state.

 

2. Preloved Condition & Descriptions

All items are preloved and sold in described condition. Due to their vintage or pre-owned nature, items may exhibit minor signs of wear, which will always be disclosed and photographed as accurately as possible in product listings.

  •  Please note that slight color variations may occur depending on screen displays and lighting conditions.

 

  • Inclusion of original accessories (e.g., dust bags, boxes, or authenticity cards) will be explicitly detailed in each listing description.

 

  • We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions prior to purchase. By completing a order, you confirm that you have reviewed these details.

 

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU/Irish consumer, as outlined in full in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
